Delivery costs & timings
We provide free delivery on all our products via the DPD Classic service, which is a 3 -4 working day delivery service dependent on your postcode. The DPD delivery times are from
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
• Saturday Closed
• Sunday Closed
What to expect on delivery day
What to expect on delivery day ?
All items will need to be signed for. We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered. If no one is available to sign for the parcel than DPD will return it back to their local depot. You can either contact DPD to rearrange a redelivery or you can pick it up from the local depot. Failure to pick up the parcel within 10 working days will result in the parcel being returned back to us.
Delivery exceptions and restrictions
DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO ADDRESSES? Sorry, we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses. DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND? Yes, we can deliver to most BT postcodes.
We currently do not deliver into the UK. If you are based in the UK, please use our website https://refurb-phone.com.
Deliveries of multiple items
If an order has been placed for multiple items than we will place all products into one larger box and dispatch them altogether under one tracking number. Your items may also arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.
